Increase And Decrease In Sperm Production
When a female is born, she carries all the eggs she’ll ever need in her life even though, at menopause, she stops generating her eggs. Men, however, generate sperm cells at puberty. Thus, their everyday activities will affect the process of their sperm production.
Six Factors That Can Cause Conception Problems
When sperm doesn’t get produced or doesn’t produce the right way, conception is that much harder for the female the man is with.
There are several reasons as to the increase and the decrease of sperm production. And, these reasons could affect the quality of sperm. They are:
- Concentration
- Count
- Mobility
- Morphology
- Speed
- Sub-fertility
If there is any hindrance in any one of these areas, then the chances of conceiving a child is greatly reduced.
Sperm Concentration
Concentration of sperm means the amount of sperm cells in the milliliter of semen. Normal sperm concentration is about 22 million sperm cells per a milliliter of semen.
Sperm Count
This factor is very important in terms of sperm production, as it refers to how many sperm is in the fluid being ejaculated. In normal ejaculation, there is 50 million sperm being produced. Anything less than 40 million can be an indication of fertility problems.
Sperm Mobility
This factor refers to sperm’s ability to move actively and dynamically. 50 percent of healthy sperm are seen as active with 25 percent of them heading passionately in one direction. This is important because sperm must travel through the cervical canal to the uterus and fallopian tubes so that it breaks through to the egg.
Sperm Morphology
A healthy sperm cell looks similar to a tadpole in how it’s shaped. The genetic makeup is located in the sperm’s oval-shaped head. The center provides it energy while the tail will thrust the sperm forward. According to beliefs of experts, sperm that are not shaped normally cannot fertilize an egg.
Sperm Speed
This factor can affect the quality of sperm. According to the World Health Organization, 25 percent of sperm will show signs for progressive mobility. It will be these sperm that have a higher chance of penetrating and fertilizing an egg successfully.
Sub-Fertility
This term is applied to couples who have tried to become pregnant for one year without using any kind of protection whatsoever. Sub-fertility is different from infertility, as the usual causes for it include the following things:
- Low/high production of hormone
- Varicocele
- Medication side effects
- Quality of sperm
- Blockage of sperm delivery system
- Problems with sperm production
- Testicles’ injuries
- Prior illnesses
- Anatomical issues
Men are obsessed with increasing the amount of their ejaculation. In the last several years, the medical community has been committed to coming up with an alternative treatment instead of the usual advice that’s been passed down from one generation to the next generation. However, recent studies have shown that an increase in sperm volume can be achieved in two ways:
1 – Herbal Supplements
Herbal supplements consist of zinc and amino acids. And, if taken on a regular basis, it’s thought to increase the amount of ejaculation fluid released.
Zinc can improve both the sperm quantity but its ability to move extemporaneously and autonomously. However, with amino acids, the volume of sperm will also increase. We strongly recommend Volume Pills in order to improve your sperm volume.
2 – PC Exercises
Kegel exercises have the ability to assist you in lasting longer. However, they can help in boosting the amount of sperm. And, exercises can assist you in maintaining the great shape of the penis so that it performs like a champ.
